Booking conditions
50% deposit at time of booking confirmation, with balance payable (cash only) upon arrival. (See our cancellation policy below).
For last minute bookings (ie less than 5 days notice to occupancy) the full accommodation amount will be required (in cash) upon arrival.
Check-in is from 3.00pm and check out is by 10.00am
Wagtail Cottage is smoke free - smoking outside only.

Booking process
In order to make a booking, follow the process outlined below.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations less than 30 days will have $20 cancellation fee deducted from deposit (unless we are able to re-let. In this case we are happy to provide a full refund of your deposit).
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days prior to check-in date.
Early departures - If you change your plans and leave before the specified departure date you will forfeit your payment, as we will have held all the date(s) in good faith and declined other bookings.
Other things you should know
Check-in after 8pm may incur a $20.00 surcharge.
Pets stay FREE. We don’t ask for things like cleaning fees or deposits and trust our guest’s pets will not leave any ‘unauthorised deposits’ (ie doggy doo) when they leave.
